As a Photo Art Director, I work closely with photographers, art directors, and merchants to make their vision come to life from concept to post production. I worked with in-house and external production companies to establish location and talent for shoots. I led the photo team with photo plans, mood boards, location scouting, talent approvals and shot plans which included stories and propping—ensuring both efficient production days and budget friendly photo shoots. On set or off, I bring organization, creative visions, and energy to keep the teams focused and drive efficiencies throughout the project. Post production I worked with designers on image selects, image placement and retouching notes.
